Summary: Ok so he has been following me all day! It started with him saying "Why is your motto thing Serious Roleplayer on a semi serious server?" me " Because i love to roleplay!" Gary , Him "Not a valid answer" then started to stalk me then i asked politely if he would stop , he then replied don't tell me to stop watch what happens! So me and my freind was starting a fishing business then he started lockpicking but the police arrive as he starts he then kills the officer then attempts to kill another but does not " No proof sorry" He then returns to lockpicking then my freind stabs him for trying to raid our base he then moans for RDM! Later we walked into eachother in the city and he starts threatening me "Which is NLR" then out of no where starts saying fight me then punches me once , i refuse to fight then he pulls out tranq sniper He starts become aggresive and starts to threaten and insult me more ,yes i do say something to him i said "Shut up squeeker" out of anger and frustration he then instantly tranqs me and leaves me lying there.

1, You were insulting me, why shouldnt I insult you back.
2, I DIDN'T piclock your house, I didn't pull one out, I told you check check the logs on console.
3, I tranqed you be because you were insulting me, I didn't want to RDM, so I tranqed for a warning.
This ban is infact invalid, he were insulting me over mic, so I was back, I also said I just want a meeting no weapons. Yet your friend rdmd me, stole my stuff and shortly after d/c'd.
I Just want to make it clear at NO time did I pull out a picklock.

EDIT : I didn't blow up that car btw, its crashed it self. Theres no point in that screenshot.
Your also mean to use ooc for saying stuff like dude stop mic spam.

I was indeed online at the time and saw where synical was traquilized and did hear panda insulting garry but i wasn't around long enough to see if garry insulted him back.
Also i do believe using traq on someone in this situation is rdm and fail rp being that he could have been run over ext.

I never insulted him, I told him to never speak to me again after tranqin him -.-

Neither of you can prove if you actually insulted the other player or not. I don't like how the accused player decided to tranq you, but I don't really see anything bannable.
Your evidence doesn't show insults and laughter. All your evidence shows is that the accued player tranqed you. He's claiming you attacked him verbally and I cannot prove him wrong or right. Therefore, the accused player will be given the benefit of the doubt.
This is also being denied since you called the accused player a "squeaker". This is an insult which is NOT in-character. I don't want members to insult eachother. If you have a problem with how I resolved the case then you are free to contact me by sending me a PM on the forum or over steam.
