Summary: I had setup a gate in the city bridge, and was rollplaying. At the time I was talking to a parmedic, when a mustang drove right into the dock and cdmed us both, as the video shows, it was very intentional.

After looking in the logs, player "big dick johnny (STEAM_0:1:17297392)" was the CDMer.
