The ban reason is "Raiding as a gun dealer for contraband" which is exactly what you did.

I already warned you earlier about using your weapon responsibly. I told you to ask me in PM or in OOC if you had any questions. I also told you to read the rules, you have no excuse. I see that you are new but you broke the rules despite me trying to help you earlier. Therefore I felt the ban was a necessary punishment.
