Summary: I was a police chief and he demoted me for saying in /me that I peed on someone

This is when he demoted me, The request made no sense at all

I asked for why I was demoted he said this, He said this 3 times to me when I asked

This is when he says that he can demoted for non-job related things.
I hope he can get a ban for this, He also randomly demoted someone after me too.

You pissed on me as a cop. In real life you would get fired and put in jail for that. Argument ended.
