Why we should unban you: I was banned because the proof I provided (crash report) was the wrong date, and that was completely my fault; I actaully uploaded the wrong one as I was in a hurry when I posted it. Here is the crash report that matches the date.

Explain why on the line where it states what file is loading, it's exactly the same as the one with an older date, plus it says the older date.
To me it seems you've swapped some numbers around and the title, but left out a single line.

Not sure exactly, however it's impossible to edit text in WinDbg - The crash dump shows that it's the one i posted before however I'm not sure why it is all different. What I'm trying to say is that the Crash dump says it's the 9/28 crash report and not the 9/30 like the command i put into. I put the command to load the 9/30 crash dump but it's the 9/28 with different values. I just tried to load it again and it keeps loading the other dumpfile. :/

Right, so after re-installing WinDbg and re-opening the file, I believe it loaded the correct dump file this time. Let me if you you agree -

Image shows that the modification date for the file is the 27/9/2013, while the supposed crash occured on 30/9/2013.
