Title of Suggestion: SteamID when leaving the server.
Description: When one disconnect it will show SteamID like when joining
Why:
Because when you see rulebreakers and they disconnect and then change name, you don't have a chance of getting their SteamID.
Simple and easy to implement.
To show it: It does show SteamID when joining but not leaving.
