Let's take a look at the records, shall we?
Damien (STEAM_0:0:56485668).
Smile (STEAM_0:0:40376044).
The tracking shows you and Damien having the same IP in 90% of the records, in the same time ranges.
Another link I find interesting is Damien being named Smile, below is screenshots of that happening:

Around the time before the first long ban, the account was never in use.

Also i belive it's "Coal" was friend of mine in fearless
you can check his steam ids on the bans you will find he copied FL members names " STEAM_0:0:66608521 "
Banning me permanently for something i haven't done is unfair

look at the steam id's he posted " he posted mysteam id which this one STEAM_0:0:37846670
and he posted another steam id of another guy was on the server STEAM_0:0:40376044
and he got banned bymistake

You used the same name on both accounts which connected from the same IP's all the time.
