Summary: Nora already got banned by Pavilion, for the same offense (Proppushing and attempt propkilling) So this ban request is only for WickedTheMaxKid.
He was backseating by arresting a proppusher, people were trying to tell him about that he cannot do it. But he proceeded to arrest and even shoot the proppusher.
