Sorry about the rather low quality of the video, I can't seem to get it fixed right now, if it's too unclear to handle the case on, I'll try uploading the raw videos.
I can't be arsed to sort them all out, sorry. Please look very closely at the video, when you see an offense, pause the video and check if the user + the offence is noted in the BR, I think that would be the most effective way for you to work through it.

and actually, i have tourettes actually, thats why i was making that noise.. i got very scared because of all the mayhem and had a break down.

But then stop having the mic on? That was ******** iretating. And you could Easely have stopped playing or stop having mic on.

Already reviewed a few days back, I am unable to come to any conclusions with this video due to the poor quality.
