I thought I'd put this into 1 BR since both incidents happened at almost exactly the same time.

Summary: Devil Dog proppushed a taxi causing it to explode and kill somebody. When I tried to follow him to see if he did anything else I saw TheForbiddenMan propspamming, propkilling, attempting to crash server, etc.
