My Custom PC Build - Dermy - 09-16-2013 I was on an £800 budget. Thought i did pretty good considering. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/dermy08/saved/2gmp Tell me what ya think. RE: My Custom PC Build - Brian - 09-16-2013 Where's the heat sink? RE: My Custom PC Build - Tandy - 09-16-2013 He's probably gonna use the stock heat sink that you get with the i5, anyhow. Looks like a pretty damm good computer! Since i get 40-55 fps on Crysis 2 on extreme settings, you could probably a step up and set it to ultra and perhaps still get 30-60 fps. RE: My Custom PC Build - Nuka - 09-16-2013 Word of advice, Don't buy a 7870 ATM. Hmm i'll look into that 7950. As for the 1600Mhz RAM, having a 1333Mhz doesnt have that big of an impact on the speed, and is not noticeable to the human eye RE: My Custom PC Build - Nuka - 09-17-2013 I was thinking more into Photoshop etc, anyways, here is a 7950 3gb, http://www.dabs.com/products/sapphire-technology-amd-radeon-7950-hd-850mhz-3gb-pci-express-3-0-hdmi-boostlite-8TYC.html You can easily max out/play on medium-high all games at 1080p on that, even pushing 2560x1600 res if you lower the settings.
