Summary: NLR, proppush his car from the fire kinda failRP he could've waited for his NLR than the fire would be gone too. And using his Mic while sort of unconsious.

Don't really know if this NLR break situation, really is an NLR break situation.
I always thought NLR only counts in a RP situation (IE: if you die while you are making something and you get killed by your own prop by accident you can go back).
But I didn't know if this was a RP situation or not, but that desicion will be made by you guys.
