This is not about some guy who is on the server.
This is a guide about how to find a disconnected players steamID.
First of all you get his profile page.
Then you go to steamidfinder.com and paste the profile link into it et voila.
For all the nubs out there.

And if you are on the server with him just enter "status" in console and copy his ID.
