Summary: So he CDM'ed a guy who i was trying to arrest (who was also breaking fearrp but did not record by accident) so i went to arrest AllToastersToastToast and when i exited the car (he was at gun point from me and a cop) he ran away, screaming about how he wanted someone to kill him. he refused to stop. he was complaining how he was on low health and was asking everyone on street to kill him. but he broke fearrp and CDM'ed. i would also like to add i that i believe he killed the guy i was arresting so he did not get arrested.
