V2pp is a fucked up server because there are no admins, the server is full of propsurfers, propkillers, NLRers, Fail RP ers, rdm ers...
Stop this shit and do your job...

I suggest you read the rules for report, use the template and use appropiate language when filing a report. I don't see any ban requests from you - so you obviously don't exactly partake in making the server better.
