Summary: ChickenFeet here was causing mayhem. Many a time he was being arrested and each time he ran around in a circle sending the police on a.. "chicken" run, to avoid arrest, and of course.. the Arrest Stick does not hit a moving target so well.
I also caught him earlier attempting to propclimb/use a chair to get past the nexus desk security.
Here again he tries to use a chair to get into the Nexus Garage to retrieve his impounded vehicle, except he fails.
