Yes, in my opinion I would consider it doomforting. If you place it somewhat in the air and use it to shoot from.
You can use it to look out of the windows but as soon you shoot you have shooting holes that make it very difficult for raiders to raid.

Can you explain why ?
Is it because it depends on how this prop is going to be used/placed in a base
and/or it doesnt matter wether you shoot trhough the holes or the walls it is not bulletproof?

It's one prop, you can shoot in and out of it, no big deal.
