Summary: So the rebels and the cops were fighting and there was a lot of mingery. so (Jokingly) i said "hey sru imma go tell the rebels where your at GG disable dat re" (i never did it i only said i was gonna do it i never did) and in real life your allowed to know the location name and badge number of a public official.

You also many times before this were telling them where every cop was located in a firefight that was going on, and constantly fail rping.

Arrests are largely IC and this could have been during a crisis etc. therefore warranting extreme measures. You should have taken it up with the President at the time.
