Name of player: Changes Steam name all the time. Cant find any match on the SteamID finder you have.

Summary: Basically I joined in and a Volvo was spassing out, I then caught a guy who used the tool gun on a car. Later you can see that he changes job to doctor and if you check the scoreboard closely he changes Steam name to Major Pumpkins and then in game name "vladimir lilski" to "James Doe".

That is not right, the car spazzed and i tried to remove it... Which obviously it didn't work...
Also it moved even before i did anything, at 00:37 killing that cop and returning to it's place.

You blew it when you changed job and changed the names, both steam name and in-game name, that just shows that you were trying to cover it up. If it wasnt you then you sure know who it was since you was trying to remove "it" and you aimed at one certain spot with the tool gun.

Exact same thing, he used the hydraulics and then changed his steam name etc.
