Summary: Someone was chasing cars in a red BMW, and the passenger would get out and shoot props at cars to blow them up. This was happening to several people, and they were chasing me for a while, so I hid to begin recording and then turn back to them.

In the video, he blows up my car, but leaves the prop behind. I aim at it while dead to see "shaggy the killer" on it, but nobody is named that in the game. So I searched on Steam, and found that it was "Dable Dawn"'s old name that he had changed seconds after killing me. I then obtained the steam ID from Dable Dawn's in-game ID.

So, this guy was being aided by someone with a BMW, hunting down cars, blowing them up, then changing his Steam name to avoid being tracked.
*slow clap*
EDIT: Later on I mentioned to Dable I knew what he did, to which [CP:O] [FL:RP] CaptainzMadness replied that I had no proof to ban him. I believe that he is the one who was driving around Dable to kill people, but we'll see if other people post more evidence to support that.
