Summary:He left to avoid arrest, He was tranqing people on KFC Roof also, I have some who was tranqnd but Unfortunally I couldn't capture him with the tranq as he holsterd it and jumped off and I got him detained before he left.

This does comfirm that he left and I placed hancuffs on him, however I couldn't get a screen shot of me doing so. Hope this is enough Evidence to get someone like this banned
