Evidence was deemed sufficient. Accused player, mikeedge59 (STEAM_0:1:52534750), was found violating rules regarding frozen props on the road.
No suspension will be applied, however a blacklist from physics gun, tool guns and entities/props will be issued for 1 hour.
Insufficient evidence of any rules being violated by accused player, madmax381 (STEAM_0:1:41837719).
This is due to no props from on the road by this user.
