Title of Suggestion: Graging damaged vehicles
Description: Like with the fuel system you should not be able to garage your car unless it's HP is above 50%
Why: Because it will stop people garaging their cars so they don't have to repair them, which in my opinion is just trying to avoid elements or RP.
