Summary: I got random tazed by another police man I didn't saw. And then this guy random handcuffed me + He stepped another guy to death and tried to do the same with me.

He also propkilled alot of people with a police car.
I didn't got his massive propkilling on record.
I only got when he tried to propkill me.

I was a police officer at this time and I saw EVERYTHING. He was propkilling, propminging, swearing and all-capsing in OOC, proppushing, random tazing, RDMing, then he got a car and started CDMing.
