Even though Just Cause 2 only supports Windows Vista or Windows 7, that doesn't man that it wont run from just a quick Google search I found many people that have Windows 8 and are able to play Just Cause 2.

There are lots of answers out there that say they can play Windows 8 without a problem.
Buy it, try it and if it happens to not work then I'm certain that there will be a way to get it to work.
This seems to fix it for people if it doesn't work.
