SteamID: I couldn´t find his steamID using the ID finder on the site, very strange
Time in GMT: About 11:30 GMT + 2:00
Server: In the server with the v2d map
Summary: He propblocked the doors while he was in that garage.
Quoted from the "Tools/Props Rules" section, rule number three (3):
Quote:Do not propblock anything, there should be a keypad or button to reach the area/items.

As you can see on this picture, there aren´t keypads nor buttons, which has to be considered as propblocking
