RDM/Refuisng a officer - Brax - 07-06-2013
So, a player named [FL:RP]Mr.Elite Penguin was speeding, (The Speed limit was 15, he was going 27) So I pulled him over and told him to pay the fine. He tells me this story of how he knew exactly what speed he was going and how the radar gun must have been broken. I told him to pay the $100 fine, and he said I looked like a $25 dollar man, so I warned him, and warned him again, then I tazed him and handcuffed him. He told me if I uncuffed him he would pay me, so when I did his buddy snuck up from behind, tied me up for no reason, then he pulled out a illegal weapon and said "Pay This" and RDMed me
