Summary: As the laws said, cars were banned from the city, so i chase after him. He starts to shoot at me with an AK. So i kill him. I impound his car but he disconnects and rejoins. He might have 11 hours but 11 hours is plenty to read the rules.

I was faced with two options:
1. Get killed by the rebel/ get cdmed.
2. Kill him in order to survive and impound his vehicle.
Now, which one do you think is the most suitable one to pick?
I don't really see how this is fail RP as i had a reason to shoot him. Please correct me if i am wrong.
