Summary:
I noticed a couple of police officers lying unconscious on the floor and a player jumping on them, I quickly turned bandicam on and hoped to catch the player in question in the act. Not only did I catch him doing this but also randomly tranquilising the police officer and then proceeding to knife him to death once unconscious.
