Summary: Ian had run over 2 people, and he refused to get out of the car. Another cop and I shot at him and he drove off. I ended up killing him and was impounding his car. He broke NLR and ran back to the car,then he relogged. This repeated again. (The video) Then stood in front of the car and refused to move. Someone pushed my car forward and I ran over him while trying to impound the car. Then he relogged again..
