Ban Dexter Morgan for insulting - Charles - 06-28-2013

Summary: I was playing on the server as a police officer. I was checking for the speeding cars with my radar gun than I saw a mustang speeding. Dexter Morgan was inside that car so I asked him to pay me a fee because there was a law. He ignored that that was his car. I told him that ''I am asking a warrant right now. '' He started to insult me after that (EVIDENCE 1). When he is relesed from jail he typed in request ''I am comming for you.'' ''I am going to get that cop.''(EVIDENCE 2) Than he found me and started to insult me. (EVIDENCE 3)

I can confirm that he insulted you, though i'm pretty sure it's not banable to insult someone ic for a ic reason, and i think everyone would be pissed, if they believe that they were arrested - without a reason to explain themself/injustice arrest.

Garryfish perheps you are right. It may not be a reason for ban.
Admins will do what they think is best. I did make this request because I told him I will. If I hadnt do it, that would have made me a lier.

I was also a witness to this but as Garryfish stated - It's not bannable in IC - If it was in OOC then that's different.
