Summary: He keeps spawning this huge ride that lags the server so much that you can not move. Every time he spawns it everyone get a ping of 1000. Even after telling him not to spawn it he spawns it anyway and makes the server unusable.
Update: It's now 12:15 and the server is still broken...
Update: It's 02:09 and he just spawned it again and the server is now broken.
