Summary:
Jared failed to obey my commands to get out of his vehicle even when he was at gunpoint. He D/C'ed to avoid arrest and also he was on a mass-CDM spree. I do not have any evidence of this but I hope you could look at the logs at around the time stated above. I wouldn't be surprised if he killed 30 people as that was his only intention while on the server.
