Summary: I had just spawned outside the bank when a BMW started running people over with his far. First he hit the cop, backed up, hit the fireman, then backed up again and finally running me over. I watched him from my body while I waited to respawn and watched him pull into the BP and followed him there when I respawned to get his name.
Evidence: (I'm pretty sure admin logs could help to prove this is the guy who ran all of us over, even others in the chat were asking why they were getting run over.)
