I wonder if someone could help me with the doctor model, for some reason its invisible for me. And I dont know how to fix that.

Cause all it is, is the kliner model from HL2

I dont have any model-changing mods, and I tried to reinstall which didnt help

Download the kliener model from gmod.org
not sure if its there but try take a look
