Summary: We were in the middle of an arrest an this guy comes up and just stands there. I kindly asked him to leave and he didnt respond so I told him to leave the area and he just stood there so I tazed him, when he woke up he punched me and ran away. I was on him quickly and tazed him then he disconnected to avoid arrest.
