I admit i did do CDM but it was not on purpose (i got out of my car when i realized what i have done)
This is what happened: I drove my mustang into the city (going about 30-40mph) and a car reversed into me (due to me for having a bad computer i lagged very badly) and i was not able to brake in time as my screen froze when i lagged, then i notice i killed two citizens and i got out of my car (instead of driving off) and then i got blacklisted for 8 hours so now i can't drive.
i do understand if you don't approve of this as it was CDM but i will be very grateful if you understand what happened.

If you lag, don't drive, especially not when you're going 40 MPH, crashing into a spawnpoint, flinging in and killing several people.
