Summary: Well I don't want to make this too long as the evidence speaks for itself but Kapucin decided to do some evil deeds and he will pay for it. The only two I have evidence for are the prop-push kill and the random props. He also was running around with a pistol and CDM'ing civillians that were minding their own business.
