I was EL Presidente And yes he was annoying as F*CK!
He played about 8h on the server, and he suddenly there is a micspamming noob SS next to me.
He was ignoring FearRP, and indeed leaving when warranted.
I thought Tim froze him and all, but that wasn't enough I guess.

I dont think tim was aware of all that, i think tim just saw him as a noob running around and gave him a warning. If he had seen half of what he was doing he would have banned.
