Summary: I was like.. 3 seconds president and he was comming into the room and random attacks me with he's crowbar so i was running away and jumped down becouse i dont wanna die as my first time president so he jumped to and he died after that i was going to villa1 and we stopped at the rebel spawn there he killed me...

Yeah, I wasn't at this exact incident, but I have been witness to several of his actions.
He frequently runs around crowbaring people, and I think he has also run around shooting people as a fail cop so much that me as an SS have to go after him. The most memorable incident is me driving past BP when he runs around crowbaring a bunch of people who are talking to death.
