Summary: After the rebels were banned from the city we decided to raid the president. We met in the nexus garage to find a fading door blocking our access to the main nexus floor. I got out a cracker and began to crack it open but when it was finished the fading door never opened. I didn't get the chance to record then so I came back later OOCly to record and get evidence.

Did you try private messaging the player to tell him the door is broken and doesn't open? He may not have known.

Server logs don't show you attempting to even resolve the issue rather than posting a ban request. The issue could've been resolved in 1 minute rather than posting a BR that takes 5 minutes or more.
