not only that but with woking with the entire SRU and at least 5 Blackwatch staff we suppressed both the rebels and carleones in a raid on MTL. all staff involved in the raid were promoted!

Character Backstory: Julian was born in Evocity, since he was little he's always wanted to work in a government job. He has never wanted to be in school, and wanted to skip and go into the police acadamy. Although, he had to go through school. When he was in Grade School, he had very low grades, and couldn't raise it when he wanted to be in a government job. Although he tried very hard. When he got into Junior High, his grades were all A's and B's. He Never failed Junior High, or had to go to after school "study hall".
His grades we're perfect and he loved it.
When he got to High School, his grades stayed the same way, and went to study Law School. He loved going there. He only studied instead of talking and hanging out with his friends. His favorite thing was to study.
In Collage, he went to Law School as well as high school. He graduated and became a cop. He was a cop for 5 years, then went onto the military. He loved being in the military. He never got shot, although there was some tough times. His toughest times when he was training. It was way different from the cop training. Although, he passed and went in. He became a Commander. Once he got there, he quit. He was now 27 years old.
He loved being in the government, but he realized he wanted to still be in the government, so he started the CIA. It's a very intelligent agency that goes on classified operations. Everyone in the CIA is very deadly, that is if they're trained. Its a very elite agency. Only 17 people died from being here. They we're not from shots, they we're from a disease. They we're very good men too. He is now back to doing what he loves.
