Although my clans current status is closed, the fact still stands that you broke the terms of the clan war, and we're also at the time fully aware of the potential consequences.In accepting the war, you knew there is two ways the war would end. either by negotiation, which you did not show once (once the war begun) or attempting to fight back, or even be active on the server in order for one of our clans to be disbanded. You chose to do neither and neglect the war, and it's terms completely.
You also made statements about closing, which is now apparent you have modified/deleted. So would be unfair to call the terms of my clans closure a 'just' reason to carry on the clan, and completely ignore all the rules we both agreed with.
