Firstly, you didn't accept to the terms at the bottom of the app, secondly it looks like it took 2 minutes to write and thirdly the clan isn't wholely about shooting people & guns

Breaking news.
Today in EvoCity, the population was rocked by a massive explosion at the local headquarters for Blackwatch corporation. Initial casualty estimates state only two bystanders were injured and an unknown number of Blackwatch personnel were killed outright in the blast.
Initial witness reports, state hearing a loud clap, followed by the sight of five streaks of fire, before the blast, the resultant fire appears to have triggered multiple secondary explosions in the property.
Police investigators refuse to comment on the cause of the blast, citing the likely cause of the blast to be what appears to be the remains of a meth lab in sub ground floor of the property.
Police have also reported finding the severely damaged remains of a massive money laundering facility underneath the building.
Further to this, approximately fifty minutes after the blast, the Blackwatch recruitment centre was raided in a joint police/United Nations operation, and all persons inside were detained, and are currently being transferred for extradition to Switzerland to face trial in the Hague for war crimes.
EvoCity Police Force have released the following statement: We do not believe the explosion earlier today that shocked our small community was a hostile act, but was rather due to gross negligence in the manufacture of amphetamines. Due to this we conducted a search on the remaining Blackwatch property and found strong evidence of illegal operations conducted against the citizens of EvoCity, due to the nature of the evidence we have found, all members of Blackwatch are to be arrested and detained until the extent of their involvement can be proved.
Arrest warrants have been provided for all current members of Blackwatch corporation.

UPDATE:
Due to the MoP being blocked by Soul (Ironic) Blackwatch are not officially closed, and will be continuing our operations as soon as the situation has been cleared up, I talked to Fultzy on Steam and he's looking into it.
Applications will be accepted even though we will not continue our activities.
To ensure this never happens again, we will change our ways.
Recruitment will be selective and very difficult.
Training will be a long and difficult process, going on into 3 different stages of training these involve:
-Basic Combat Training
-Basic Etiquette Training
-An OOC basic Roleplay test (Scenario.)
Once a member has completed these training stages, they will be allowed out of the base to engage in AUTHORIZED Blackwatch activities and only allowed to use a Sidearm for doing said activities.
High priority jobs will be taken by Corporal+ since at this rank, the soldier can use SMGs to carry out their orders.
Any illegal activities that go on INSIDE the Blackwatch designated outposts will be dealt with harshly by myself and the other officers.
Once a member has reached the rank of Master Sargeant, they will have the option to join one of the specialised divisions, such as the Covert Operations division. I will not be the one training them, but the people that will be training will need training off me to show them how to train a new recruit properly.
Please note: Ranks will be rewarded when completing a high priority job with the utmost skill and professionalism, roleplay skills will be tested during these activities.
When I started Blackwatch, we were organised and professional. However at time went on, that was lost along the way. I admit to our wrong doings, and take full responsibility. Thought I would like to point out that the laws that were broken were done by people lower down, who are un-educated in basic Blackwatch etiquette and have been exiled. This will surely change as we re-furbish our image.

Can I just say one thing..You were not getting closed because if 'power gaming', you were getting closed as you broke multiple terms of our clan war. Which was agreed that if either side were to break it, they'd forfeit their fait to the other team. Thus,...Why are you re-opening?

from what I can gather from your clan thread you seemed to set up for the sole purpose of shutting us down? and are therefore closing due to "defeating" us.
