Summary:We arrested him after he had ragequit the first time the he did a second time and i screenshotted him doing it. I have heard from a lot of other players this guy has been breaking all the rules in the game. As you can see in the chat it says I
knocked him out and then he disconnected and joined again. You may ask many people in this game this kid is breaking a lot of rules.
