Summary: The nexus was being raided and I got killed so I though I'd walk around for a bit until the raid was over/NLR time was up. I walked around and saw Dredd shoot a citizen in the face twice with a gun and ran away when he saw me. He locked the door and put up a really badly made door with a keypad a button that didn't work, but luckily it was a combine door that you can ram to open.. I called the president for an arrest warrant. I was granted it and when I came in the door to arrest him. He disconnected to avoid his arrest. I also heard he was shooting people at random but I didn't really catch that besides him shooting someone twice.
