Summary: Okay so i was fishing when my car was stolen, i chased after him and told him he was breaking rules but he just drove away. My car was random stolen and at the end of the video he admits to stealing it and gives a non valid reason to steal a car.

Sorry for the quality not being so good, but you can see that he admitted to stealing it with a poor reason.
