Ability to do /me while tied - Vati - 05-06-2013
Title of suggestion: Ability to do /me while tied.
Description: Make it's so you can do /me while tied but still not /radio or anything like that.
Why: I suggested to take away all of these the other day.. So Im going against myself xD but yesterday I was doing an RP with this dude where he was 'mental' I cuffed him but had to uncuff him so he could do his /me stuff which was kinda annoying & that happened twice.. So maybe just add /me while cuffed/tied?
EDIT: forgot to say, I did this on my Phone, explains spelling mistakes.
