Summary: HelloKitty first ran after me with a prop in motion, I stopped my truck and pulled over, and he prop pushes it over the railing and onto a side road where it's hanging on the edge. I attempt to gently nudge it back onto the road, when he comes over again and prop-pushes it into the river. I approach him, and he guns me down with a weapon, he did this the entire time, as a gun-dealer.
Evidence: He had 6 kills in the server and one death, suggesting he killed others, also, people in the server complained of a raiding gundealer, with his name.
