Summary:
Parked, Fiskarn started punching my car repeatedly for no reason, and I got kind of annoyed. I went up, punched him, and told him to stop. He punched me back, I tried hitting him once, then moved back, but he brought out his tazer, tazed me, handcuffed me, then killed me.

The stepping was an accident, you hit a police officer, he proceeded to arrest you for that.
